The design process with Capstone Home Design starts with a preliminary consultation at our office or at your home where we will exchange initial ideas. It is at this first meeting when we will learn your expectations, aspirations and must haves with your new home so feel free to bring your ideas, photos and any other inspiration.

We will discuss your needs room by room, features the home should possess and review your budget, and after this meeting our team will then begin the process of creating floor plans for you. As we get closer to finalizing the floor plan layouts, work will then begin developing the elevations for your home. This is also the time the 3D modeling starts to take shape. The 3Ds models are an invaluable tool in presenting the project as designed to you.

We will revise, update and adjust until we arrive at the home you have been envisioning. It's all just part of the process and we will make it as straight forward and uncomplicated as we can. It is a journey and we would be happy to help you navigate your way through.
